Yep, it's pretty straightforward. I've seen some people stick rags in there too. That would work as well. My block was a bit weird.....some of the bolts offered resistance....you should be able to hand thread them all the way in. Some of mine would get really tight and you could hear air pissing out Let the air come out and down they went.

Thanks for the feedback and understanding why we have to ask questions when something is reported missing. Unfortunately, UPS does screw up from time to time and occasionally people are dishonest. I'm glad neither were the case for your order and that they got you taken care of!
