I agree he should have informed you but **** happens and theres no way that i would think about not ordering from them again because his work is top notch. If every bussiness from the buyers perspective was given only one mistake think of how many bussinesses we would have. My point is, a huge majority of people just knock it off their shoulder and continue on. This is the only complaint i have seen from this company and im sure that your not the only person this has happened too.
Anyways glad ya got your stuff

I drove down there from KC, and spent a week with Allen & John because I didn't trust the local tuning shops. I went in a local shop to get my baseline dyno. They looked under the hood of my tahoe and asked who swapped in the LS1? I'm not letting a shop tune my motor if they can't even identify it.

screw allen...stick it to him...
j/k'ing . settle down.
I agree with ya hemi, shops should do what they say, and even more important don't lie about something shipping when it didn't. I think Allen's show is a small one, and he gets swamped alot of the time. People are very loyal to him because in the long run he takes care of them ultimately. I have had good luck with him in the past when I dealt with him. He is a stand up guy and I am certain moving his store really put the stress on just more than himself, his customers. Get him on the phone and tell him you are extremely displeased and are looking for some sort of fix on his end. To make things right. He'll come up with something I am sure.
