Thumbs down PerformaBuilt. Delivery time excessive

on 5.25.10 I ordered a 4L60E level 2, paid in full and was told it was in stock and should be 7-10 business days to receive. And he would also throw in the correct bellhousing I would need for my motor swap.

on 6.03.10 I call Frank to inquire on delivery date. He requests I send an email asking about the delivery date. I send Email, the next day I get a response "Should leave one day next week"

on 6.08.10 I call again asking if it has been shipped, Frank claims it will be shipped the next day but informs me he does not have the correct bell housing to send.

This morning, 06.11.10 I call again, Frank gives me an estimated delivery date of 06.15.10.

21 days delivery time (16 business days) is excessive, I've been without my daily driver going on three weeks now. this trans better be bullet proof man.

I have spent many many late nights getting something done on my truck to make sure it could be driven the next day even if it wasnt fully ready.

Cant afford to go without guess you better not modify.

I always give him ****...ever since he said "catherdral port heads werent meant to be on a truck motor, they dont make the power", thats why he put in an older motor, which dont get me wrong it makes power and runs ok, but really? A for originality, but thats it...OH and couldnt get his truck to "lope" until he put it in gear, wtf is that?
