Thanks for the response. Yeah, that's kind of what I was assuming, simply a namebrand association thing...
Now what about the Timken "HD" bearings?
And do you have the black coated 1541H axle kits? would be for a 2001 Silverado 8.6, disc. Or do you just sell the axles uncoated and individually, and bearings/seals separate?

i'm looking for some 4.88's for a 2010 silverado 4wd i just lifted it with 35's about two weeks ago and its for 3.42's stock front and rear i'm looking for a price for everything to save me poor trans

I didnt read all 23 pages..
I have 2500 sububran. 8.1L.... id like 4:56 or 4:88's for it... its a 14 bolt in the rear and i "think" a 9.5 IFS in the front. but could be that 8.? as well... ill try to google and see..
also what locker do you recommend for the rear... im making about 800lbtq with the blower, and it will have 35-37 inch tires
