Not personally but a few friends of mine have heard them and say they hit pretty damn hard. Heard they are pretty tough too! I have a plan for my audio system in my truck for a pretty stealth system. If it doesn't work out I have been thinking about going with one of the T5's.

I had a single slim 12" pioneer and it sounded damn good! Than went with a single CVT 12", pioneer sounded better! Than alpine released a slim sub and their 12" is the cats meow! Cost about twice as much as a pioneer or a kicker, yet for the money I would not think twice about it!

if your still looking for these subs. the JL 13tw5 is an amazing sub but also if your going to get the JL i would stick with a JL amp which means quite a bit of money.
Now i actually have a rockford shallow p3 12 and i like it alot its not a bad sub at all.

i agree with everyone on the kicker shallows do NOT get them, the pionner shallows are very nice also.

but forsure i would say if moneys not an option i would go jl if it is i would go rockford both very good subs.

I have two 12" Kicker CVT's in a custom built BTS in my crew cab and 9 out of 10 people that get in it and hear it bump will say its truly bad ***. I custom built the box to the CVT specs then hooked them up to a JBL GTO 1200.2 amp and it really gets down. Im not out to win SPL but the SQ is amazing IMO at least.
