The Autotek amps are pretty damn good. Thats what is powering my 4 10's in my reg cab. I fit the amp under the passenger seat. I just had to take the bracket off of the seat that hold the elecrical connector for the air bags. I used velcrow instead of drilling holes in my floor. I was surprised how good it sounds for a reg cab.

I'm waiting to install everything until I have the proper security system in place and a remote start for the engine. On my need to buy things yet are a new upgraded battery, wire kit, and I think I'm going to have a custom built fiberglass console install since that is what I really want in my truck. If i'm already into my investment I want to protect it and feel comfortable leaving it in a parking lot and it be loud enough to set off any intruder. Haven't decided which alarm system to buy yet...any ideas people??? Price ranges?

I want something with more fiberglass, cup holders, and place for amp and 2 subs you seen a console with that? I want it to go from back of cabin to deck and possibly house the avn5500 headunit as well.

You can always find a good shop to make one but thats not something that will be very affordable.

I'm trying to get a custom box for cheap someone has got to know how to make one and not charge me an arm and a leg. I'll pay 150-200 dollars for custom console with room for ac controls, cup holders, amp rack, and room for the 2 12's in fiberglass white

i think the only way you would find someone to make you one for that cheap AND it be painted itd have to be a good friend and you help them. id say your looking at more like a 1k for a custom box like that. just a number im putting out there. the gloss black one in that link above is mine and i have a ton of hours into that. would i do it again. nooo. thats all mdf, then it is covered in fiberglass resin (no acutal glass mat), sanded, filled, sanded, filled, sanded, filled, sanded, primed, sanded, painted. you get the idea. its no quick process
