Default 4 12's in a crew cab

Just got 4 kicker comp 12's in the truck i am running a kicker 650x1 digital amp. has anyone heard of putting pillow filling in the bax to kinda create more air space for the deeper bass?

Yea that is a possibility, but you are running some serious power. You subs may have that polyfil in there, but you need to make sure and get maximum airspace for those things to really pound

kicker calls for 1.25 cubes minimum for a comp 12. You'd be better off running 2 12" CVRs than 4 comps IMO.

That amp is only stable at 2 ohms right? How are you running 4 subs on it?

Running them parallel or in series?
