Default '89 Guage Cluster Swap

Has anyone here swapped '88 or '89 half moon Chevrolet guages for for the needle style one's from a '93 or a '94 with the tach? What's involved with doing this or does anyone know of a company that I can buy some kind of a harness to make this more plug and play? I know there would have to be wiring to get the tach working, but what else might I need to do to get this going?
Also, does anyone know how difficult it is to swap a '95 interior into an '89? If I remember correctly, '95 is the updated interior, but doesn't have the airbags on the driver side. I've heard this is a major PITA because of the steering column and varying holes in the firewall for wiring, but I thought I'd pose the question on here anyways. Thanks!
