Default 99-02 to 03+ Tail Light Swap Questions

What exactly do i need to do to convert my 02 Silv HD to the 03+ tailights. I already have the lights but haven't taken the stock ones out yet. I thing there is an extra bulb needed for the 03+ right?
Will I need all new pigtails or will some of the originals work?

They should flash the same when the running lights are off and flash opposite when they are on.

I just went to the dealership and bought a harness since one of my tails came with it. I think it cost me $12 IIRC.

I removed the running light bulbs from mine because I hated the "wig wag" effect...
