Adaptive cruise will adjust your speed per conditions... to slow down if someone is going slower in front of you, for example. Some high end cars have it.
Not that big of an issue, but it would be cool. So many incompetent drivers around here varying their speed constantly... causing me to disengage my cruise control!![Grin](https://www.performancetrucks.net/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_grin.gif)
But seriously, I'm going to be doing a pretty comprehensive upgrade package on my truck and this would be a nice addition.

haha, what I should do it design a cruise & autodrive system. I think I could put together something that will keep the truck in my lane and away from other vehicles (in the front)... that would be beyond cool. Far from a self driving truck, but would allow me to enjoy that cup of coffee without spilling it.
But still an aftermarket system would be nice. Lot less time spent.

If it's dbw, then plug a new signal lever switch in that has the cruise buttons.
Takes 10 min, if you take your time.
