It was just a matter of being lazy.....He wasn't making any money by putting out extra effort. My suggestion is never use them again.

Just a thought... with mine, they programmed the on-star button on the steering wheel as "mute". Comes in very handy, much more so than an on-star button a foot closer than usual.
