Default Antenna adapter?

Is there an adapter made to adapt this plug (below)

To this plug (below)

and vice versa?

I am trying to direct plug my Sirius satellite into my stock radio in my truck. But the factory antenna is a smaller plug.

yeah, that was just an example of what you need. Tell the local shop you need an antenna adapter and a reverse antenna adapter and they should know what you mean. good luck with it.
