Default Battery Cable to Bed Mounted Connector?

I am installing an anderson sb175 connector in the bed of my truck by the tailgate, and planning to use 2 gauge stereo cable to connect it to an Aux Battery in the engine compartment. The purpose is for being able to jump start from the rear, and for a possible winch connection later.

Does anyone see an issue with using 2 gauge? I already have 75 feet of this gauge cable, and hate to spend more money on this project. The cable will be enclosed in wire loom along the frame rail.

Default

2 Ga should be good, it should handle 200 amps at 20ft and with your connector being 175 amps if your drawing over that the connector will be the week link not the cable.
