well it depends on the size of the box. I had two tens with the biggest box possible and the 8s sound better. I listen to all kinds of music with the exception of jazz...lol.... sounds great! FYI - my truck was built in Canada.

thanks for the input, might just go with a single 8 i have for now, its a kicker comp cvr or something, i think its the same as the older solo 8's, the round ones that the s was red and white

so frustrated with the back seat in this truck, almost no room for subs......dont like the t box, can you just pull those vent pieces off?

i know most ppl that have the canadian cc take the air duks off mine has them havent put a system in but wen i do ill just take the air duks off

The best place for amps would be under the seat, and there are boxes that'll fit behind the seat to hold 10s, but you may have to go with different subs (shallow mount) to use them.

Check www.caraudiofactory.com or www.subthump.com

they've got a few selections

I'm not sure if you've found anything for a sub for your truck, but I have a 2005 gmc CC myself. I bought a loaded probox with 1 10" sub that goes behind the seat. I'm very impressed with the sub and box. It is a ported box and sounds better than the dual 10" sealed box I ran before.
