What ohm is the stock bose sub? Can i get away with just using it and an aftermarket amp for now? Im upgrading my truck with a centerconsole and it has the bose sub and amp, id love to just make it work .

I am not sure what ohm it is. I have one on in my Denali and I love it too. My best guess would be 4 ohm dual voice coil. By the way your truck looks nice.
