its just pure vibration causing this. you get what you pay for when you buy a cd player. get a higher end deck and then you shouldnt have any problems. ive got 2 12's with a decent pioneer h/u with no skippage.

It was one of the more expensive pioneer decks at best buy and its not really that loud of a system. My friend has the same deck with a way louder system and has no poblems at all.

its possible its a huge draw on your electrical system....get a volt meter and check the voltage at the radio when it skips.....i have had instances were a radio will shut off b/c of a bad power wire only giving it 9 or 10 volts instead of the full 12 when its turned up to a certain volume.....dont think this is it b/c the radio would shut off and would have to be turned off and back on to work......if you dont think its your radio though this is the next place to look, make shure all power wires that are suppose to be 12 volt are getting a full 12 volts.....

Try this. Take the deck out of the dash and hold it in your hands, then try to stable it with you knee under it. See if it skip when you try both. Also take some pictures of the install kit attached to your deck so I can see how you connected it to the deck. I know a lot of the Alpines had bad skipping problems when it was cold out like 30s but after you warmed the inside up it would not skip.
So in your 1st post you said you tried two decks. So I take it that it skipped with both of them.
