On the single disc radios, you can sometimes get the cd to eject by pulling out both radio fuses at the underhood fusebox for about 10 seconds (I don't think time matters, but oh well). When you put them back in, the radio sometimes says "initializing". Either way, just press the eject button and the cd should come out if its a software issue. If its a mechanical issue, it probably has to be sent out to a repair shop. They usually have exchange units ready.
