Default Drl's ???????????

O.K. I couldn't find anywhere else to post this question so I chose here. I have a problem with my DRL's. I have unfortunately pushed the sensor bulb in the top of the dash down in behind the dash somewhere. I can see it from looking thru the windshield but can't seem to get to it through the hole or thru the defrost vent slots. I've even tried taking the radio out and seeing if I could reach, but can not. Is there a way to use a diode in the fuse box to jump from my amber parking lights to the amber drl's?? I did this mod for the low beams being on while the highs are on. I'm just scared to do it with the parking fuse since it is a lot smaller fuse like a 15 I think? Any ideas for being able to control my drl's???? Its pretty anoying having your low beam lights keep kicking on and off during the day as the dash goes in and out of sunlight

It only takes about 5 minutes to remove the dash cap. Remove it, then you can put the sensor back where it belongs.

Pull both fuse panel side panels(snap in), pull the cluster bezel, remove the glove box & release the oh-**** handle clips, it pulls straight off. Then you will see a series of 7mm screws that need removed on the sides, and across the front. That's all there is to it.
The windshield end of it slides into clips that look like this.

It's really easy. If you can pull your radio, you can do this.
