The only heavy thing will be the box its self. The new JL HD amps are digital and are pretty light (they also don't get really hot).

Well all the goodies came in today. I got started putting down the RAAMMAT BXT II on the inside of the door. I ended up using 5 15"x15" sheets to cover the inside door skin. Tomorrow I will by some tin to fill in the huge hole in the door and cover the outer skin in some more RAAMMAT BXT II. BTW that stuff is sticky!!!

Before

After

Door all sealed up with roofing flashing/tin

RAAMMAT applied and door all sealed up, this to another 5 sheets, so 10 sheets of 15"x15" to do each door.

Looks good. Don't forget to build up the area immediately behind the speaker with another layer of the raammat then a layer of the foam butyl mat.

Not a whole lot, the shipping weight of the box was 42 pounds but that include 30 sheets fo 15"x15" BXT II and half a roll of BXT I, and 6 yards of foam. So i bet it added about 10 pounds total to the door, that includes the roof flashing.

i got the passenger door done so the rough part is over now.... I would post up some pictures but my computer is being retarded.
