Default Ground wires- solution?

I have ground wires running all over the place under my dash. Is there an easy way to clean in up? Like some way to combine them or something? Or is it just something we have to deal with?

You could run a distribution block for the ground wires.

you can always do something like a terminal strip...

but the wires will still have to be run to a common spot.
