In my opinion, you should go with a pioneer head unit for sure. You cant go wrong, if youre on a budget then i would go with a company called sound stream, itcomes with a lifetime warranty! Ive been threw at least 5 head units, clarion sony pioneer and pioneer has by far been the best in terms of sound, features and price

If the box has an 8" (not a miss print) mounting depth then to install the box you need to raise your seat. Which is why most people just stay with 10"s so they don't have to mess with adjusting the rear seats. People start rasing their seats to install 12"s or larger.

Hmm weird because im looking at http://subthump.com/product_info.php...roducts_id=206 its showing

Installs under the rear seat
No modifications required
Does not affect rear seat latching
Seat will still go all the way down and latch

I'll let you know for sure, my 12" RE SEx12D4's come in today, and my box tomorrow . so i guess we will know soon enough ..

Also still considering head units.. I have found a double din i like AVIC-x910BT, but i want to give single din a fair chance... But I would like to find one with a motorized screen. Any suggestions?

Honestly. I would stick with a double din. You may be happy with a single din at first but if you ever change out to a double din you will wish you would have gone with it from the start. They are really nice and the unit you picked out is a great unit. I have a friend that just installed one and he loves it. (Now if I could just get him to instal an amp on his boston pro mids and highs.)

does anyone have this box? i am thinking about selling my w6s since i want to lower the seat back down, but this looks awesome. 250 is a lot of change for a box though...
