Default My Headunit Install!

I forgot to post this here =/
Here we go!

Well I got a new Headunit today so here are the pics! =P
I bought it at Best Buy (had a bunch of cash on gift certificates) and the wait for FREE install was 3 hours before they would even get to me so I said to myself: I'll do it myself because best buy sucks.

No before pics, sorry. =/

Nice....you're better off doing it yourself anyway...all of the big box stores (and some of the specialty ones too) are too busy to do a good job. I had Best Buy do my first system cause I had no idea what I was doing. They did a shitty job.

Does that deck have a built in XOVER? If so use it! It will help your stock speaker play louder before crackling

Its a Crossover. It is basically a filter that filters out low bass requencies from your midranges.. Midranges do not play low frequencies very well, hence the name "midrange" LOL

If it doesn't you can always add passive crossovers quite easily for about $15. If you plan on getting an amp later on then don't worry about it. They will have one built in.

Sounds like it. Read up in the manual how to adjust it. If it has something that says HP (high pass) set it to about 80hz or 100HZ since you don't have subs. That will give you a bit of bass but really cut down on the low stuff.
