Haha yeah I agree I do want to keep the amp to finish off the rest of the car. Maybe I’ll get a monoblock and do the sub then? I don’t know if I can find a 10” that is gonna be 650 watt and be at a good price.

I’m just messin with you, I figured I might be wrong with how I did it so thought maybe I was retarded lol

I also have a JL 8" in my Tahoe with an Alpine amp pushing it. I don't know the sub part number. The Tahoe will someday get a 10" and the 8 will go to the C5 or Ranger

Alpine Type S's in the doors, Kenwood DDX head unit

Its not bad, maybe not audiophile approved- but I am ~600 in to my entire stereo build and it blows the stock stuff away

anyway, came in here to ask what bike you ride since the truck sits until cold season

The amp I am running in everything:

The 10" my van is going to get:

Haha no bike I just am driving a 2012 diesel Audi A3 for the next few months, might as well get my savings in while I can.

Sister moved off to college and didn't get to take her car since she is a freshman. The thing gets 30+ miles to the gallon so I'm just driving it to save a bit of money. My other sister will get her license in mid-October and she will start driving the car and I will move back into the truck.

I was tired of the truck the damn thing was making me mad too with all the little issues.

My dad has a Chinese grom though lol but I never ride it, have not been on a bike for at least 5 years.

What about those compact, self contained subs with the built in amp?

I've never heard one but they take up very little room, have great reviews, and are pretty economical.

They are built to fit in small places such as under the front seat of a truck.

I've seen them come in both 8 & 10 inch.

Yeah I know, I just like my room behind my seat. I'm scared of having to give up any leg room.

I think I'll try this first and if it isn't enough then maybe I'll look at a box behind the seat,

Found why it is making that weird *** noise. After I found this I punctured a hole on the other side of the woofer trying to get it out lol
Now I know this definitely means I need to get rid of these. All of those little ridges look similar, very worn out and ready to rip. So I will sell the sub and this one too I don't know what a ripped sub is worth though.

if the driver is good, I bet you can get it re-coned, if you like them enough
