Thanks for the comments guys. I'm happy with how it came out

I used a dremel with a rotozip bit to do the cutting.

Did you set it you for your truck? It has to know that the weight its calculating hp for or it won't be right, it calculates off your weight and accelerating speed, just like the calculated hp reading in EFIlive or HPT.

I'm going to have to angle the gauge display more....it's damn near impossible to see when it's light outside.

i haven't seen any settings for vehicle weight, just engine size.
