What are people putting in these under the seat? I talked to a local buddy of mine and he Wants to do 4 10s under the seat in a ported box. Anyone else with multiple subs under seat? Pics please

Several people here are running two 12's under the rear seats. You may or may not have to lift the seats (maybe 1/2") depending on the model sub they are running. Im curious to see how 4 10's would work. Ported boxes are usually much bigger than sealed.

I have an ecsb... running 2 12s sealed.

You might get 2 10s in there with a ported box under seat... if you raise the seat up a bit or take em out you could fit the 4. I think 2 10s or 12s is plenty if you get the good quality stuff

I put a single 12 under the seat in a ported box. Had to lift the seat up about 3/4 of an inch tho because the FI subs have such a huge magnet. I dont really see putting 4 10s under that seat in a ported box. There just isnt enough air space for them, thus why I only put one 12. I would go the route I took sound quality is good and deep and can bet my 1 12 will sound a whole lot better then 4 10s with no air space.

Oh by the way have you looked into the loaded pro boxes? They are rated at 1000 watts and are dual 10s ported. Should sound great but kinda pricey

I have seen a ported box with 4 8's facing the front with the ports toward the doors...

I am running a JL 500/1 and 2 10" DigitalDesigns 510a in a prefab sealed box. Sounds great and sometimes overpowers the interior speakers (stock of course). They have boxes that fit 2 12's, but everything is a compromise.

The airspace required to run 4 10's is way more than under the seat can fit, unless it portrudes in someway; and if this is the case, you might as well take out the seat... If he does this he can fit more than 4 10's obviously.
