Default Power antenna? How to install?

So, just wondering how I can install a power antenna in my truck and have it work with my stock radio? What wires do I splice into? Has anyone had any experience with this?
Thanks!

you can easily wire it to come on with the ignition but the stock radios don't have a power antenna outputwire that I am aware of. If it is base you can use the amp turn on and the antenna will be up only with the radio on.

Sounds easily doable if you can get your hand on a schematic...maybe find a schematic from a different model GM that has a power antenna. Find out what wire powers up or grounds when the radio is turned on, and tap into that wire to trigger a relay that will control the antenna motor.
