Default Problem with my power windows and mirror

I have a 2007 NNBS RCSB. Its base model was a WT, which means no power locks/windows and Im not sure about power mirrors...?

:::::: FAST FORWARDING ::::::

I dont know who did the work, but it was a half-a$$ed job lol.

The power locks works both on driver and passenger side.

Passenger side window cant be rolled up/down via driver side controls, but works on passenger side.

Power mirrors dont work at all.

Also, on the power windows. Its EXTREMELY touchy and .... FAST? I dont know the term, as to where the window auto goes down if you press the button. Well on my truck it does that on the way down AND up. Ive yet to see one that auto goes up, but not only that its SUPER fast both ways and I havent see that either. When I went to get some drive-thru the other day I felt like Lloyd Christmas asking directions to the airport at the start of Dumb & Dumber. Windows going down, then up, then down, because its so touchy and fast.

At some point Im going to attempt to fix this, and I just wanted to know how much of a booger this is. Ive never put power windows/locks/mirrors on anything. Im sure somebody has done it themselves or had it taken in to do. Think it would be expensive as hell to get it fixed?
