Default racettonix hot wire kit

I just installed a racetronix hot wire kit for my walbro 255. Truck ran no the 5 min before I installed the wire kit. After installing the wire kit, I tried to start the truck. Fuel pump doesn't prime, and truck doesn't even try to turn over. Seems like a ground or fuse is messed up. I checked fuses and grounds everything seems to be alright . I need help figuring out what else I should check or try

Have u checked from the battery all the way back with a test light. Best thing to use when chasing down a problem like this.

Wiring kit is causing the fuse for FCMB TO POP. IT is the fuse under pcm 1. It's a 20a fuse.

Take that **** off! The walbro wasn't causing any problems before lol. It should supply more fuel alone than that turbo is capable of anyway.

something aint wired up right thin. Either a hot wire is touching metal or grounding. Check over everything three times. Fuses only blow when something is shorting out or to much power being pulled.

Where did you ground the harness? Maybe you're right, and the ground isn't good enough.

On a side note, one Racetronix HW kit I installed had the pump harness wired in reverse polarity. Zero fuel pressure, but I could hear the pump run. Pulled the fuel pump module back out, re-pinned the fuel pump connector correctly(swapped the wires in the connector at the pump), problem solved.

I think the hot wire kit is backwards or something. My truck doesn't like it plugged in at all. I had the fuse out of the power wire for the hot wire kit so it wouldn't have power, the rest of the harness was plugged in ground included, and as soon as the key hits on, POP. Fuse pops. So I put it back to stock so I can get it on the road. And now I need to figure out how to fix this wiring kit. Is like to have it to insure the pump has enough volts to it to keep the walbro happy. My buddy has a hot wire kit for his T/A and he said I can try and see if that will work in my truck.

i need to do the hot wire swap on my setup. They say this is supposed to be a plug and play harness. How much it cost new? Might need to look into getting one.
