Default Recommendation for In-dash?

Im wanting to purchase a double din screen soon and would like yalls opinion on them.

My brother has the Alpine IVA-W205 and I like it but there are so many out there id like to here yalls input.

Current setup- jl components on a jl 300/2 subs are 10" jl w3v3's on a 500/1.

Navigation isnt too important but id like a screen that is ipod compatible and has nice clarity.
