i have heard/seen alot of "shallow mount" subs out there.. most have their +/- about them...

the JL is a good one if thats the kind of $ you decide to spend for pretty good performance... but IMO Boston has a shallow sub that out plays everything out there in the "same type" kind of category...

we put 2 in a ferrari a while back, which as you know has TONS of space (sarcasm) and it sounded really kickass..... but thats my 2 pennies... other people will toss theirs into the mix too (obviously)

I have two shallow punch p3's in a pro box in my crew cab. sound good and not to bad 99 ea.
