If you're not gonna amp them but are too going to deaden the doors do yourself a huge favor and spend an hour or so sealing all the holes in the door skin.
By making some panels and sealing everything you're putting the speakers in a quasi-infinite baffle enclosure. It'll help your midbass impact and also the lower notes tremendously.
Seal them up and deaden the in we and outer skin as well as the door panel in the inside and you'll be amazed at what you can pull off without an amp.

You can probably buy the enclosure cups they sell for door speakers to help make it work better. And shouldn't interfere with window function.

Or....leave those things alone and do it right. Those cups are abominable...their only good use is to be cut in 1/2 and used as a water shield in old, leaky doors.
