right above the passenger flooboard there is a big plastic peice, take that off and behind it is the blower motor and evaporator core. right in front of the blower motor in the air track is the blower resistor, its probably burnt out.

I have this same problem. A few months ago, I found a website that walked you through the process to fix this. Now, I can't find the stupid thing. Any of you guys mind sharing details on how to fix this? Expensive to fix? I rarely, if ever, would use it...I just don't like anything to be broken.

I bought my replacement harness at The Electric Connection. The part number I used on their website was 15-81086, and it was high quality and fixed my problem completely.

http://store.the-electric-connection...t=products.asp

The installation was easy, and the instructions from my prior post were spot on.

I believe part number 15-81086 is for the trucks with manual A/C controls, and part number 15-81087 is for the trucks with automatic A/C controls.
