Default Switchback led problem

I just started switching all my bulbs to LEDs. All of them work fine except for the switchbacks. I upgraded to the electronic flasher so they blink fine. But the parking lights are not white. Just a few amber ones light up. Does any one have any ideas?

It's a 99 silverado nbs

you may have to move the pins on the bulbs them selves to the opposite sides. mine did that and i had to move the pins on a couple. i used the resistors though

Do these trucks have a ck socket type? That might be the problem. Time to break out the test light

I just noticed if I take out the 194 bulb then the switchbacks work fine. But as soon as I plug it back in it grounds out the white part of the switchback.

So I just took out the LEDs in the rear blinkers and replaced them with the stockers. Now the switchbacks up front work fine. Do I need resistors for the rear? The rear bulbs are 3157s right?

What wires did you put the resistors on? Also what size resistors?
