The Big 3 upgrade would help most of you tremendously. Regardless of what the problem actually is, it's a cheap, easy process that lets your battery charge better and anything run directly off the alternator to get more juice.

I already did the big 3... with 2/0 gauge.

Thanks for all the info my truck is fixed am I'm effing happy. Sotp tells me I've gained about 100hp with 14volts instead of 9volts because 12psi feels faster than 15psi now. I installed new battery and problem stayed, then installed oem alt and it keeps 14volts now.

Glad you got it fixed... Just weird how it was not rpm related, but load related
