My favorite station on XM is their punk station, Sirius has a good one as well but for some stupid reason they also play hip hop on there, and I absolutely hate rap junk. And finally there is no way in hell a penny of my money will ever make it to sterns pocket, hes a looser.

If he is he's a $500,000,000 dollar loser! Take Howard how you will but, he is an awsome entertainment business man. I personally find him and his crew funny as hell.

stern earned my respect with the way he has acted on sirius. i grew up watching his tv show years back. not the same show he had on E. but the real howard stern show. where it was no way associated with his radio show.

anyway, he came on sirius free of all oppression and hasn't even went all out nasty. he tries to keep it a nc17 show. lol. plus his crew is funny as hell. way better than the xm crew.

I've had Sirius for three years, and I couldnt live without it. I've listened for a few hours to XM and its just not as good.

Since Sirius has won this thread I'm going to ask another question. A hijack persay.

Mentioned earlier was that you needed a car kit to be notified of your favorite artists playing on Sirius, favorites playlist. Are there other features that a Sirius ready radio cant do but a "car kit" (whatever that is) can do? I am looking at the Kenwood DDX6019 w/ Sirius. I didnt want any of the extra "stuff" hooked up and hanging out and pluged into 12v ports etc. Would I be missing out on some features?

not that I am aware of. It should be exactly the opposite, if there are any. Maybe the capability of Mp3 player/recorder...mobile wise.
