Been doing research and calling every salvage yard to find a factory harness (GM Part# 15912597).... hard to find.... at least here in Oklahoma. I have a list here of search results on car-part.com ... Search term to use: Headlamp Wiring Harness with year range 2005 to 2007. Give these a try but make sure you ask if the harness has the efan portion of the harness incorporated.
Had my tune done for e-fans at D&G Dyno Tune in Hennessey, OK. Great customer service, very affordable, and knows the questions to ask to get your tune done right. Simply cannot go wrong with Dwayne.

Question.. just did the swap on my 03 silverado followed the instructions per a instruction sheet from Retrofit electric fan kist lsxjustchevytrucks.com anyway they state to use green to pin 42 on C1 and the blue wire into pin 33 on C2. It stated if a wire was already in pin 33 on C2 to remove and place to side. However after doing that I have no a/c I believe that was a clutch trigger wire. thoughts? was tolds to tap into other wire. would like to avoid that

[QUOTE=ScottyBoy;5418166]I used a basic 30amp relay on mine, and it's been fine for many years now.
thanks I have the green wire pinned to 42 and just wanted to make sure on the relay before I spliced in to the green wire on the fuse panel
