99-02 pcm is C1=blue and C2=red
So "Fan 1" is Red 42 and High is Blue 33
Here is a write up showing where all the wires go. Looks like it just needs the PCM color connectors in there and it would be good.

Depends on how your harness is setup.
Some are setup for the AC Compressor 12v+ trigger wire.
The PCM is a ground trigger output.
Factory 2005+ harness has both trigger wires going to pcm that need a ground trigger. Aftermarket harness could be wired up several different ways.

So I have a 2003 silverado 1500hd. I currently did the electric fan swap. I took the fans and the harness from an 2005. Once installed I got a buddy to tune, and enable fans.
Wiring - small green wire pinned in blue 42. Small blue wire pinned in 33 green. Power and ground connected......
Well what I'm recognizing is that only the passenger side come on high once a/c pressure build up and in the middle of me driving. It's weird because I let the truck sit and run and idle to see when fans cut on at what temp. Temp gets to 200-210 and fan never cuts on. Only when I'm driving for a while and I come to I stop I hear the fan. So I don't know when they actually come on.
Does both fans suppose to cut on at low speeds??? Are both fans suppose to cut on at high speeds ???
When I ground the green from the fuse box both fans come on low. When I ground the blue one passenger side comes on high

Depends on how he setup the tune.
Get him to email you the tune and post it here so we can see what it wanting to do.
If nobody has messed with the wiring off the 05 harness it will be the Dark Green wire that goes to Blue 42 is Low Speed so both fans are on low.
Dark Blue goes to Green 33 which is high speed. If High is triggered then only Passenger fan will be on high.
IF Low and High are triggered then both fans will be on high.

im using a 2006 Silverado oem harness on a 2001 Silverado
