99 5.3L Silverado: Begining partout list. In Austin,TX
Going to be parting out my 1999 silverado. It just sits in the driveway and never gets used. I would need stock parts as a partial trade for some of it. If you have a shop or place to swap things, that would be a huge plus.
Note that in most cases I just threw out a price. Everything is negotiable and if you help remove it, that would lower the cost as well.
Everything is off a 1999 Chevy Silverado 5.3L extended cab
I hit a deer about a month ago so I would consider partial trades for a few factory front end pieces. That list is at the bottom.
Stuff I can easily remove or is already off the truck:
-K&N FIPK full intake. Well used but in perfect mechanical shape. $125
-DMH 3” Electric Cutout and wiring. Manual cutout not included. About 3 years old. $130
-Autometer Double gauge pillar pod- This is not a full replacement. It installs on the factory pillar. $20
-51U dark maroon door handles with escalade pull handles-The buckets are presentable. The chrome pulls are in excellent shape. $50 for the pair
-Billet bowtie $20
-Smoked 03-06 Silverado taillights. Done with VHT nightshades. Pretty well done, but know they weren't done professionally. $75
Stuff that takes longer to remove:-Pacesetter coated longtubes and y pipe- Have 3-bolt flanges welded on for easy removal. Good used shape. $325
Stuff that I would need stock parts as a partial trade
-Fully built 10 bolt out of a 2003 silverado. Has a Detroit True Trac, rear girdle, 3.73 gears, and disk brakes. Also has long bar mounts installed. $300 and a stock rear end
-Long bar setup- Mounts are welded to the rear end and truck (you'd need to buy your own), but bars are extremely well made. Done by Jon from DB Rodz in Taylor,TX Have adjustable heims on each end. They Would prefer to sell with the rear end, but would consider offers on them.
-Yank SS3600 Torque Converter- About 40k miles on it. Was inspected by Yank about 2 years ago and is in excellent shape. If it was out of the truck I’d want $450, but we can discuss the price depending if how we remove it from the truck.
-Fully built 4l60e. Built by “Rick” in Austin,TX. Probably one of the best 4l60e guys in central Texas. Parts list is somewhere between a FLT Level 4 and Level 5. I have the full parts list in my records somewhere. Out of the truck I’d want $750, but again we can discuss the price based on how it’s removed.
-01-02 Escalade Cluster. Has blue LEDs installed. I think it has around 75k miles on it. $150 WITHOUT a trade for a stocker. $125 if you have a plastic gauge cluster face.
-LS1 Efans and Wiring Harness- Perfect useable shape. Fans are quiet. $150 I’d only need the fan (I have the shroud).
-20” Forge-Tec Rims. They are forged and only weigh about 28 lbs each. WILL TUCK on a bagged truck. I think last time I measured they were 8.5” wide with 6” backspacing. Fronts have 275/45/20 goodyear GTII tires with about 75% tread left. Rears are 285/50/20 goodyears that will need replacing soon. Will include a brand new set of lug nuts. $500 plus stockers or $650 without
-Black Z71 tahoe lower valence. No foglights. Good shape and has not been cut or trimmed. $60 plus a stock valence
-03 Silverado taillights. Have a bit of "crazing" or micro cracks (it may be fixable). $50 plus a stock set
Some extra stuff I have lying around. Make offers on this stuff
5” Rear Lift blocks (no ubolts)
2” factory ubolts
one 2” factory block
one black escalade handle (passenger side)
z71 rear shocks off a 2006 ext cab
2” drop shackles- Advance auto brand (brand new in box)
Possible trades I'd consider:
-Body work- Would consider a trade for body work on the truck. There are two large dents on each side of the bed (courtesy of other people) and the hood/cab clear coat looks like hell.
-Factory front grill
-Factory plastic gauge cluster face (my stocker is cracked)
-front parking lights
-A/C Condenser
-51u Maroon tailgate (mine was stolen so if anyone knows where I can find one cheap, let me know)
I'll take some more pics when I have the chance but here are a few older ones to give you an idea of some of it:
Wheels (tires are gone and now have the goodyears)
An older one back when the truck actually was actually given attention (makes me sad, LOL):
