I had a dumbass in a 2wd nissan frontier try and follow me driving down space center, water was coming up to the bowtie on my truck, needless to say he didnt make it. You know that ***** deep when it gets that high on my truck.

Glad my area and house/land is high and dry. We had 9" of rain on Saturday. Horses had fun playing in the water puddles and drainage ditch in our pasture though. LOL. Had a couple drive all the way out from Austin in that crap to buy my horse, I had to drive into town and lead them the back way to my house cause parts of highway 6 was underwater.

damn that's a lot of water Matt!
no flooding at my house that day.
but around 630 that afternoon the sun was out and shinin'.

yep, all the tards in Clear Lake like to drive through high water in their low *** cars. I work off Bay Area so I see it everytime it rains alot.

i got 7 inches of water in my store, it poured for a steady 6 hours.
spent the last 2 days sucking the water out of the carpet.

We're dealing with that crap too PD. Eric put new laminent flooring down a little over a year ago, and b/c of Saturday we tore up one room. Tje French drains couldn't handle that amount of water in that short of a period.

wow that is crazy..i thought my mom was joking about the water getting high.. thank god it didn't get in your nice house.

Geeze, that's ridiculous. The rain didn't seem that bad until I turned on the news and saw some other areas of town. Glad to hear the house avoided any damage.
