I called them, and talked to craig yesterday. very nice, and pointed out what maybe my problem. but I would like to get one local.

You vibrations that you are feeling, do you feel them in the gas pedal? I had to have a new drive shaft made back in January and since I can not go over like 95 with out a vibration. I am NOT trying to hi-jack your thread.

mine is a vibration/roar that pulses. texas driveline spec said it was the drive shaft! and a call to another shop said the same thing.

they get theirs at ft woth gear and axle. I called and talked to Howard at ft worth g&a , and he quoted me $275 to build a stout one that should hold all I can throw at it. with 3r u-joints, and 3.5" .083 tubing. same as the other folks I talked to, but just not high speed balanced. balanced at 3500 instead.

Did you decide on FT Worth Gear And Axle? If so ,how was your experience?

I just had to limp my truck home after a mild vibration suddenly got violent on the freeway. Looking for a good driveshaft shop. The closer to Grand Prairie the better.

I had one built by them, and it was a nice piece! hopefull will last a while. new from trans yoke on.
