One quick question. When is it consider night & time to slow down?

I believe when you lose visibility at 1000 ft. Do not quote me though.

All that sign means is when its night time, you need to slow down to the day time speed limit.

So when it's 70 I can do 75 & at night just do 70 right? West of kerrville on I-10 day time speed is 80 so do 75 at night?

No, If the sign says 70 you better be running at least 80. At night probably keep it under 80. Oh and a yellow light means floor it and a red light means 3 more cars.

just keep your eye out for state troopers and keep up with the flow. i never go 65 at night...makes me feel like ill never get where im going.
