I went over there Tuesday after working and spent probably another 4 hours doing diagnostic work on the harness. We eventually found a wire that was clipped in the harness, and that enabled the throttle body to finally click and get power but there's something wrong with the signal from the TAC module to the TB. We traced some wires back in the harness, replaced the throttle body plug and it still wouldn't work right. Something in that harness is fubar'd, but I think what Carlos was gonna end up doing is taking his harness and install in your truck. It should work no problem, the pedal/TAC/PCM you have works just fine so it's something with the wiring harness. We've had all kinds of hell with the damn thing lol.

Anyways, I think he might have it all in there now. I'm gonna give him a call in a minute.
