friday night (8/13/10) "drag and brag" at texas motor speedway
well, tonights drag and brag event got rained out. soo friday night of next week is the last one for awhile if im correct. me and hopefully a few other guys will be heading out there. here's the official info-
SCION drag-n-brag
When:
• Friday, August 6
• Friday, August 13
Where: Texas Motor Speedway
Time: Gates open at 6:00 p.m. & racing begins at 9:00 p.m.
Address: 3545 Lone Star Circle, Ft. Worth, TX 76177 – Gate 3 Entrance
Promotion Details: Be entertained by the fast racing and entertainment happening on Pit Road while fans race against each other for bragging rights. Admission is only $7 and there are great concession and souvenir deals to be had. Stop by your neighborhood O’Reilly Auto Parts store to get your 2 for 1 admission coupon.
The Texas Motor Speedway Showcar Program will be onsite at the Show-n-Shine event, also open to the public, with the Interstate Batteries Showcar display and XBOX Gaming system. Bring your car out to drag or put on display and make it a great summer evening event for you, your family or friends.
tonight there were a lot of cool cars out there, and all the people were telling me the turnout wasnt all that great, so there should be lots of real cool cars out there next friday cause it wont be raining (hopefully), soo plan on coming out if you dont have any plans
if your gonna head out there text me at 817-773-8520 and let me know who you are and we can all meet up before and roll in ther at the same time!
**and just know that they require a helmet for everyone that races out there, i almost had to use a rental one tonight lol**
