nothing now...its too late. i gave him the chance to make it right. i offered to settle with him for 300 and he wouldnt budge from 200. I even gritted my teeth and told him 250 to settle, he said no...so now im gonna get my 600, plus time off work, plus court costs. he will wish he gave me my money back, or settled with me.

Man, Im sure its somewhere in one of those threads on here or tech...but I'm going to ask anyway, was the block damaged at all? I figure getting a 5.3 block and punching over to an LS1 bore would cost more than $400. If the block is good/salvageable, take the $200 and buy a good used LS1 crank. I'm sure the stock rods and pistons could be had for cheap too. Just saying...

Ive followed your thread on tech and skimmed the ones here. That guy is a fkn low life. Whats going to happen is, you're gonna blow $75 to file a suit in small claims. He wont show up, you'll win judgment, and you wont get paid. As stated by a few other members. It will cost you time. And time is money. I understand why you're going this route. You have a lot to lose, so fkn him or his **** up isn't an option. But you want to put the screws to this human p.o.s.

IMO, take the money and run before this loser blows the rest on pills. We all get the shaft at times. Sounds like the guy's life sucks, you win by being a decent human being in the end. Just my $.02, good luck in whatever you do.

im not gonna settle for $200....it may take me a long time to get my money, but next time he even thinks about trying to screw someone....he will remember this. i completely understand what u mean, but im not gna give up on him. he deserves to be taught a lesson. ur right time is money, but i will be teaching this kid a valuable lesson in life, and revealing a POS scammer for everyone. his name is no good anymore on tech, and here as well.
