those are the max im lookin for cuz i got 650 double springs so no worry bout too much lift. 226 is probably the lowest duration i would like...

stall converter if you got it... 4l80e stall! anywere from 3200 (if its pretty loose) to 3800...

remember, I've still got that Yank at the house too... I knjow its pretty tight for what youre looking for but you can always have it restalled later on.
