just thought id throw it out here, not in dfw area but I got a 60e with no second but everything else worked when i did the swap. im quite i drive away though 4-5hrs

Thanks for the offer, I got my eyes on my buddys 60e when we put his performabuilt lvl2 in in a couple weeks. Its hard to find a 65e.

have you thought about trying to buy a core from a dealer and building it?
the only reason im saying this is because that what i might do when i build one for LS swap in the S-10

no, I havent. I guess I could call and ask our trans guy to see if he has anything. I have just about give up. I think I may cut my losses and get a performabuilt! thanks for the advice.

Default ive got a 65e

i live close to fort worth and i have a 65e, i took it out at 55k because i did an ls1 and t56 swap the only thing it needs is a rear seal but if you plan on rebuilding it then they will put one in when you do what ever need to, nothing was wrong with it but i just didnt want to build an auto i thought that it would have been cheaper to build a t56 but i was way over budget cost me almost 3k after bigger u joints and upgraded 31 splined shafts through TDP but if you want the 65e ill take 400 obo and will meet you with it somewhere just let me know
