no it aint got a hemi

So I was cruising this morning and a HEMI wanted to run my little 99 5.3,and he beat me,beat me by 1/2 and he was a crew bab top it off.
I may have to go buy me a little HEMI now........

Gotta tune.
Hemi makes 400hp.
Don't think just a tune is gonna cut it.

The right tune will... I was at speed teks dyno day... Newer hemi there... Didnt make anywhere close to 400
