Default Quality exhaust shops in Fort Worth?

Just ordered a new muffler and resonator for my truck and would like to know where would be a good place to get them installed in the Fort Worth or central DFW area. I don't want to just take it anywhere. Looking for some good quality work.

Honestly you could do better work with a hack saw than muffler shops in DFW area. I have never found a good one.

I was doing some random web searches earlier and Phil's seemed to be well recommended. I might give them a try.

I have heard a lot of good stuff in the past about Kenny's Muffler in Hurst or Watauga (I can't remember where they are now), but I know they are pricey. Anyone heard anything about them lately?

I think you might be right. For an area the size of DFW you would think we would have our pick, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I just installed my own muffler in the driveway and its solid but looks just as terrible as most DFW shops, but install was free.

Wish I had a small welder and a pipe bender and I would weld mine up!

About a month ago I called both Kenny's & Phil's for a price on the same muffler, welded on to my stock exhaust tubing.
Kenny's price was $360, Phil was $192! So yeh, Kenny's still pricey.
If you do go to Phil's, he's changed his hours during the week, he opens at 9:00 am.

There's a shop in Dallas called Muffler King, they can do anything.
