Not bad for "just a neon" lol. A buddy of mine had one...that little thing was fast as hell. Good luck with the build, it is looking good so far.

Thanx. Goal is to be the fastest in the Texas, mid 10's or so before the end of the year.

Heres some previous pics before it was all closed up with my home built windage tray etc..
Wonderer custom fabrication windage tray.:eveilgrin

And the start of my fuel setup from the main tank into the trunk where it will go to a surge tank and the surge to the engine
Fuel system from the main tank to the surge tank in trunk ( working on that).

Two -8an returns, one from engine to surge and one from surge back to tank. Far right one is the -6an feed to surge tank from main tank with walboro and bottleneck fix.

Out of trunk to main tank.

red and blue fitting is -6an feed to surge tank. Black fitting is the return from the surge tank into main tank.

Just some little teasers. Main feed line to engine is from surge tank out trunk with -10an feel with check valves. I'm going to run one -10an feed and see if i run out of fuel (bosch 044 feeding engine) then i have the capped 2nd -10an feed for the engine as well to run dual boschs.:wah?!:

Like I said feed lines are bigger that a hookers coochie :readclose:rofl:

All of this for E85

Slick neon, My Sons AWD 91 Talon, DOHC 2.0, 292 cams, clipped & ported Turbo, (28psi), Waste dump header, frt mnt, 6 puck, were guessing this thing has around 450hp, Jumps dam hard at 4000rpm, want to get it to the track after replacing the ported tb and see how it does..

Pretty close to the same engine in the SRT-4's just bigger stroke and cubic inches. This engine has the same stroke as 5.4L Ford engine which is the biggest v8 stroke, and is massive for a 4-cylinder. Those run pretty good though if they are done right the Talons.

I should be around 650hp on a full race tune on E85 with torque close to the same due to my high compression 9.5:1 for a turbo setup and running 35'ish psi on a 60mm billet turbo. This car should have one of the meanest power curves in the SRT-world. Redline will be somewhere in the 8500 rpm range, wherever the turbo runs out of steam at.
