Stupid truck. With slight funny story.
So im driving along on my way to pick up a girl for a first date 
. I get to within about 2-3 miles of her house and my radio starts cutting in and out and my gauges just zero out, all of them. The message center starts spitting out " service airbag", "Service 4x4" blah blah blah. So i end up making it to her house, truck ran fine the rest of the way there after all that. So the genius i am i figured id just unhook the battery and let everything reset etc etc. Let it sit for a few min then reconnect the battery, go to try and start it up and its a no go, dash doesn't light up, security and OnStar is dead, truck wont start. Talk about lame and embarrassing for a first date.
So I waited for an hour watching a movie with her and waited on roadside assistance to come get the truck. Tow truck driver was kinda mad cause he had to drive his big flat bed out there to get my lifted truck. Dang fool barely even spoke English. To make a long story short it made for a heck of a first date lmao lame. But she was cool about it prolly would have been a diff story if it was and old truck or something then she might have said POS lol. But my guess is that the computer lost its memory or programming somehow or another.

Yea tow truck gonna drop it off at the dealership in the morning. ill let them deal with it, they have other stuff to fix anyways that Ive been waiting 2-months for the parts to come in. Chevy not paying their bills. so parts suppliers supplying them with parts very slow or that's what they told me the real meaning of National back order was lol

Well the regional Service Adviser had them replace the whole ECM, they didn't want to, and tried to tell me there was nothing on this happening before. but when i go my paperwork when i picked it up it said they had three prior cases that they had replaced the ECM on.
